Why Rizolvr
Built by a 15-year Lightspeed retailer.
I ran my own bike shop on Lightspeed Retail for fifteen years before starting Rizolvr. I’ve pushed a manufacturer price update through the system and then walked the floor re-stickering every affected item. I’ve rebuilt seasonal min/maxes when a vendor stocked out mid-season. I’ve paid for dozens of plug-ins along the way that promised to fix one piece or another — none really did, and every one had hard limits on the reporting or the questions you could ask. And I know why the inventory count never quite matches the floor.
